Katarzyna Kłosowska
In my work and personal life, I am guided by the four qualities of compassion: wisdom, courage, kindness, and commitment. My experience motivates me to initiate social change by sharing knowledge and leading forest bathing and workshops for individuals and groups, with a particular focus on communities at risk of exclusion.
I am a trained paramedic (graduate of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences). I also studied public health and am broadening my perspective with postgraduate studies in Mindfulness and Compassion and Ecopsychology, Ecotherapy, and Social Change at SWPS University. In November 2025, I earned a certificate as a forest bathing and forest therapy guide from the Institute of Relational Ecotherapy.
In my personal life, I am a mother of three, a passionate gardener, and a mindfulness practitioner. Working with the earth and meditation help me maintain inner balance and a compassionate presence, which are key to my work on behalf of the Society’s community. I believe that the forest is a space that teaches us not only peace, but also mutual respect, helping to create and maintain healthy relationships.
