The Polish Forest Bathing Association is a national society that brings together forest bathing guides residing and operating in Poland. It was established in 2022 to meet the need for integration within the forest bathing community, encompassing guides from different schools, regions, specialties, and interests. The purpose is to foster mutual acquaintance, share experiences, establish professional standards, and undertake joint initiatives that support the well-being of people, other species, and the planet.
Our association is an inclusive organization that values collaborative initiatives, mutual support in professional development, and respect. We gather forest bathing guides who possess certificates and diplomas from various training schools and organizations, as well as those who have pursued individual education. The diversity found in nature contributes to the stability, fascination, and abundance of ecosystems.
