Agnieszka Boruta

Agnieszka Boruta – certified Forest Bathing Guide (Forest Therapy Hub, 2022) and Forest
Therapy Guide (Relational Ecotherapy Institute, 2024), Polish Forest Bathing and Forest
Therapy Association member (the PTKLiTL Peer Court member, 2024-2026), trainer and mentor
in Relational Ecotherapy Institute (since 2025). Graduated of postgraduated studies in Forest
Education (Warsaw University of Natural Sciences, 2024) and of Ryszard Kulik Integral
Ecopsychology School (2024). Student of postgraduated studies in Ecopsychology, Ecotherapy
and Social Change (SWPS University, 2024-2025). She guides forest walks mostly for adults,
including seniors as well as participants with disabilities and mental disorders. She is fascinated
by deep ecology concept and practices, by ecopoetry, ecopsychology and spiritual approach to
the Nature. She likes to connect forest walks with sound massages and women’s circles. She is
a participant and a lecturer on national and international conferences concerning forest
therapy, physical, mental, social and spiritual health, alternative education and promotion of
ecology in everyday life. She takes part in forest therapy projects and courses, both as
participant and as lecturer and trainer. She is actively and intensively investing in her personal
and professional development. She loves to wander and sleep in the forest. She loves her dog,
plant-based cuisine and silent talks with her favorite River.
