Antonina Iwaszkiewicz
A certified forest bathing guide, an ecotherapist specializing in forest therapy, a guide in Kampinos National Park, and a teacher of Slavic gymnastics for women. She has been a long-time collaborator with Polish and international non-governmental organizations. She loves the forest and Excel. A resident of the Kampinos Forest, where, as part of the ‘Odpuszcza – Forest Guide’ project, she creates an intimate space for meetings with nature and people. She conducts forest therapy sessions, forest bathing, tours, workshops, and training. She bakes the best bread in the village.
