Jacek Adamus
Nature and Forest Educator, Japanologist, experienced Forest Bathing Guide. Since 2005, he has been practicing mindfulness in the forest as a habit that helps restore inner harmony. He shares the knowledge gained from this practice, as well as his perspective and connection with the forest, through the ‘Mokudo Forest Bathing’ project, which he founded. Together with the Forest, he provides resources to those seeking relaxation in a broad sense or wishing to regain inner peace. He also collaborates with companies and institutions that prioritize employee well-being, as well as educational facilities, where he instills in children a fascination with nature and a sense of responsibility for it. His mission is to help deepen the emotional bond with nature consciously.
