Clinical, scientific, and teaching experience in psychiatry, ecotherapy, phytotherapy, and criminology. Clinical interests include depressive disorders, anxiety, sleep disorders, and stress-related conditions. Founder of the Forest Therapy Center, conducting forest bathing sessions in the Białowieża Forest since 2018, as well as classes and lectures dedicated to the relationship between health and the natural environment. Author of scientific publications and books such as Forest Therapy, Nerwy w Las (Nerves in the Forest), and the scientific monograph Forest Therapy in Research and Practice.
