Helena Sygnet
Born in the Bieszczady Mountains and raised in Łódź, she spent her entire childhood and adolescence hiking in the mountains, both low and high. She is a lover of cats, books, and forest bathing. She is a classical philologist with a specialization in education and an archaeologist. Currently, she is a manager at an international manufacturing company – a lady of Excel, expenses, and savings – so it’s no surprise that she serves on the Board as treasurer.
She completed the Education in Nature certification course and the certification course for forest therapy guides at the Institute of Relational Ecotherapy. Currently, she focuses on expanding her knowledge of deep ecology, mycology, and herbalism. She invites young and old to the forest, acting as Silvanna – the Maiden of the Forest.
