Marta Cichowska-Napiórkowska
She has been active in the forest since 2016. She was the originator of the Włóczykij Forest Kindergarten in Ostrołęka. In her vision of the forest kindergarten, she created a place for a girl with physical disabilities, with whom she roamed the forest teaching her to run, climb, and overcome her own weaknesses.
Since 2017, she has been inviting adults into the forest as well. She is forest bathing and forest therapy guide (IER), a Butejko Method Instructor, graduated in 2020 with a Postgraduate Degree in Hortiterapy from the University of Warmia and Mazury, and is Vice President of the Survival Zone Foundation, which teaches outdoor safety, including educational institutions.
She meets other people in the forest to hear and see more, and to create from what the forest in its hospitality offers. She often combines her activities with creative and developing workshops in nature
