Marta Sikora
A sociologist with a PhD in social sciences, researcher, and lecturer.
In her work, she connects people, the environment, and work, focusing on how working conditions (including remote and hybrid work) affect concentration, recovery, and collaboration within teams.
She conducts webinars and workshops for teams and groups, both in organizations and local communities. She combines scientific perspectives (environmental and educational sociology) with the practice of working with people.
She also draws on her own experiences in social and ecological activities, including co-creating food-sharing initiatives and urban beekeeping.
For her, the forest is a space where the social and ecological worlds meet, a place for mindfulness and rebuilding relationships: with oneself, with others, and with nature.
A conscious approach to the natural environment is important to her. She strives to implement it both in everyday life and in her work with people.
