Paulina Łosińska-Tomasik
For over 18 years, she has co-founded the family business Ferment Kolektiv. She builds organizations consciously, based on relationships, values, and a focus on people. Her personal mission is to care for the well-being and genuinely improve the quality of life of those she works with.
For over 13 years, she has run her own business under the Alternatural brand, combining professional consulting with a humanistic and psychological approach. She believes that companies and institutions develop healthiest when they are founded on authenticity and genuine care for people.
She has been involved in the film industry for over 20 years. Working on international projects and events has taught her efficient coordination and storytelling that builds relationships and meaning.
The forest has always been a part of her life—from childhood walks, through personal spaces of regeneration, to conscious work with nature. Although she has been inspired by nature around the world, including: Following in the footsteps of Sir David Attenborough, a breakthrough came when she encountered Katarzyna Simonienko’s approach, which framed her intuitive relationship with the forest. Last November, she earned her Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy Guide certification.
She believes that the forest is not only a place of regeneration but also an important element of our shared future. She actively supports the Polish Forest Bathing Society, co-creating a professional environment that is attentive to people and nature.
