Member of PTKLiTL, herbalist, botanist and active traveler. For more than 20 years, he has been supporting employees of small and large companies in developing and improving the efficiency of their work. He specializes in developing managers and building strong teams. From the combination of his two main interests – contact with other people and passion for nature, HR.tree was created, where he implements HR projects and processes, development training and activities that increase the well-being of participants. He has been exploring the forests and meadows of the Sudetenland since he was a teenager and his main motto is: Work Las Balance.
