Renata Cichoń

A certified forest bathing guide, crisis consultant, and forest therapy practitioner. She completed the first edition of the Forest Therapy postgraduate program at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). She is an expert at the School of Specialized Forest Therapy. She is the author of the first “Practical Guide to Forest Bathing Paths” in Europe.

She is the creator of the Forest Serenity project, where she leads workshops and webinars on the impact of nature on human physical and emotional health. She works in the forest with adults, including those experiencing crisis and chronic stress. In her work, she combines sound scientific knowledge, mindfulness, and the regenerative power of contact with nature.

Her approach is based on the belief that the forest can be more than just a space for relaxation. It also provides real support in the processes of healing, regulation, and the return to inner balance.
