Aleksandra Biernacka

I believe that Nature is the fundamental source of our health and well-being. Through forest bathing, I find countless proofs of this—both those I feel in my own body and those confirmed by science.
My mission is to restore people’s relation with Nature, to rekindle a sense of connection and deep inner peace. I work with individuals experiencing chronic stress, professional burnout, going through transitions, or simply in need of a moment for themselves and a deeper connection with their inner self.
In addition to being a forest bathing guide, I am also a cultural anthropologist, economist, manager, art therapy instructor, and watercolor artist.
In the forest, I love to invite people into imagination, creativity, and reflection—experiences that help us expand our awareness of everyday life and support our personal growth. I draw on tools from art therapy and dance/movement therapy. And for those who cannot go into the forest, I help bring the forest to them—through aromatherapy workshops and forest meditations.
